Just when you think it couldn't get any scarier...
Gas prices hit $3.75 here in Western WA.
I am beginning to think I will be need anxiety medication when I visit the grocery store. Every week I see prices rising! I am very thankful for the small stockpile we have going; however, I wish it was much, much better.
I have been debating the pros and cons of purchasing a small deep freezing. The freeze with our fridge, a side by side that came with the house when we bought it, isn't very spacious and it is very hard to stockpile anything in it. I would love the room to be able to take advantage of any good sales, and of course, freeze markdown bread; however I am incredibly hesitant at the extra energy used which isn't great for the envrionment or our scary looking electric bill.
Any thoughts from anyone? Worth it or no?
