Recipe: Easy Deep Dish Pizza

I love this recipe, because it's so easy to make, and incredibly filling!

1 can/roll biscuit dough (I use Pillsbury Grands, but you can use any similar)
1 - 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
pizza toppings as desired (veggies, pepperoni, sausage etc)

Preheat oven to 375. You can use a clear baking dish if desired (depending on amount of toppings) and place the biscuit dough side by side in the dish after spraying the dish with Pam or similar product) OR place the biscuit mix into a ball and roll it out onto a cookie sheet.

Add sauce and toppings as desired. Bake about 30 minutes (because of toppings, crust takes longer than if biscuits were baked as biscuits)

I've also used nacho cheese sauce instead of tomato sauce, and used leftover hamburger to make a cheeseburger pie with this. You'll probably need a fork and knife to eat this one! This easily serves 4-6 people with a side salad (unless your DH is like mine lol)
