I wanted to take advantage of a few holiday deals and I needed a little bit of fresh stuff for dinner:

Albertsons #1:

*Reduced bakery triple chocolate chip cookies $1.99 (had to keep DH happy!)

Total after coupons: $8.52 (total savings: $88.43!!!)

Fred Meyer:

Albertsons #2:
*Scott extra soft toilet paper $0.99 (x3) minus $0.50 blinkie coupon (x3)
*Albertsons 12pk soda $1.25 (x8)
Total after coupons: $12.62 (total savings $27.47)

I can't believe they had the VC P&B marked down to just 10 cents a can! They don't expire until 2010 either, so this is a great stockpile item for us. I am just thrilled!

I wasn't expecting to go into another Albertsons today, but we had passes for Mamma Mia that I had won from the Hostess instant win game that expire on the 4th. The folks over at the theater were nice enough to let us use it on any movie, so DH wanted to see The Dark Knight again. The other Albertsons is right next to the theater, so I popped in to see if they had any of the Scott's TP since the first one was out of them. I spotted the deal on the soda (the other location did not have this deal) so I decided to stock up on that. I looked to see if this location had the VC P&B too, but their price was 3/$1 - no thanks. ;)
