Review: The Honest Kitchen Ice Pups Treats

The Pudgy Princess was recently gifted The Honest Kitchen's Ice Pups treats.

The Honest Kitchen is known for their organic dehydrated raw foods for dogs and cats. All ingredients are 100% human grade. If you won't eat it, neither should your pets.

The Ice Pups treats mix come in a cute little round tin that's reuseable.

If you cook for your family, especially if you make your own baby food, this is easy peasy! Think of it as a nice broth soup. All you have to do is mix warm water with it, and then fill ice cubes trays with the mixture, or you can even chill it in the fridge and use it as an ice drink when you come back in for a walk!

I made my first batch with the teeny tiny ice cube trays as our Pudgy Princess is on the older side and sometimes struggles with regular size ice cubes when I give those to her. Gone in a blink of any eye! I think I am going to have to break out some of the cute shape ice cubes to make the next batch for her.

You can make about 30 trays of treats if you decide to freeze them. Fear not if you don't use the powder up this summer - you can also use it to make a warm broth when it's cold outside, and even add veggies to make it a stew!

The Pudgy Princess gives it two paws up. Ice Pups retails for $15.50 for a 10 oz tin. Sign up on their website to receive a 10% off your first online purchase coupon! Or, now through August 30th, receive 10% off any item in their online store! Enter coupon code THKNLV40D
