I'm still trying to figure out where that $8 went. :( Anyways here's what I bought according to my receipt, with the coupons as best as I can remember/was on my receipt.

*Hamburger Helper $1.50 (x3) minus $0.80 printable off 3
*Cheerios $2 minus $1 printable
*Curves granola bars $2 minus $0.75 printable
*Chex cereal bars $2 minus $0.60 printable coupon
*Old El Paso refried beans $1.50 (x2) minus $1 off 2
*Pillsbury crescent rolls $2 (x2) minus $1 printable (x2)
*Scott 4pk bath tissue $1 (x8) minus $0.50 blinkie (x8)
*Scott 4pk bath tissue $1 minus $0.75 MC
*Home Bath Tissue 6pk double rolls $3.59 (x2) (store coupon for item to be $1.99) (x2)
*Gatorade 32oz $1 minus Free product coupon (store)
*Kraft naturals sliced cheese $0.99
*Oscar Meyer sliced lunchmeat $1.99 (minus $1 wyb lunchmeat & cheese)

*Fresh salsa $0.99 (I think this was another mismark, doesn't expire until end of October?)
*Albertsons 18oz chocolate chip cookies $4.29 (x2) (store coupon for item to be $0.99) (x2)
minus $5 wyb 10 General Mills items
Albertsons total after coupons: $30.61 (coupons tendered: $68.33, total savings $69.33)
Some of the prices look high before coupons, but the $5 off GM items brought them down before coupons.
