2 burrito size tortillas (or 4 soft taco size)
3/4 cup of tomato sauce
pepperoni and/or other pizza toppings
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread tomato sauce all over the tortilla.
Next, place the toppings in the middle portion (leave a 1/4 portion on each side) so that the are semi-flat (don't pile them too high or you won't be able to roll them!) and sprinkle with cheese.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet FLAT and bake until the cheese has melted (around 3-4 minutes).
Quickly remove and roll the tortillas like a cigar, then cut into halves or quarters.

Very good recipe! So much better for you than a hotpocket...
Those look so good! I am definitely going to make sure that I get the ingredients for that! And I agree, it is waaaaay healthier than a hot pocket.
Interesting recipe. Hadn't thought of doing that to a tortilla before. Bet my kids would love it.
