Check your local Target for different Guitar Hero sets (with the game AND guitar) on clearance, all for under $30. Ours had the Wii with single guitar marked down to under $23, the PS2 with 2 guitars for under $28, and the PS3 with single guitar for under $26.
While you're there, check the other end caps for great clearance deals! I had a cartful just from the food department alone (Tyson boxed chicken for just 84 cents!)

What great deals! I just got back from mine and everything is still not on clearence.
no clearance at my store yet. we always seem to be last!
