Okay, I'm going on the constructive criticism side (please don't jinx the contest for me!)
I love the colr and the background, especially the floating hearts. However, it's too much to include it in your brilliant header. It's hard to read the title with the busy-ness of the repeating background.
That being said, I love your sense of humor! It is your blog and you can toss out whoever you want!
I'm new here so I don't know what I'd change, but if you do cupons and recipies you sound right up my ally!
I'm new here too, but as I'm always on the lookout for money-savers, I'd say I would like to see more printable coupons. I spend a fair amount of time trying to track those buggers down! Thank you for doing this giveaway!
Here's more of a design comment. I use Firefox rather than Internet Explorer, and it looks kind of funny. The text goes all the way to the bottom and top of the page (and moves during scrolling) but the purple border comes about 1/2" out from the top and bottom. It looks like the text is floating above the background rather than a cohesive whole, you know what I mean? It's not hard to read or anything, just kind of disconcerting. As for content... well no complaints there! :)
I'm new to your blog, but I do love it. Though I personally am a fan of a bit larger text. I have to get back to the eye doctor LOL!!

Ok, this is my first time on your site so I will let you know my 1st impression. I saw many comments about recipes but I couldn't find them. I didn't see a place where you have labels so I can click on the tag, "Recipes". If it is there, I missed it (hope that's not the case). Putting something like that in prominent position would help new readers.

I too use Firefox and find your blog somewhat difficult to read because there is only a small amount of background colour, which I have to scroll all of the words over top of. I'm not sure if that makes any sense or not.

One thing I would do is included your labels in your side bar - I tend to be drawn to those to find more on a blog - Like if I want to know about Coupons or Sales if you have a label, I'd be more likely to click on that to find it than try and look through your blog archive.
I would just say that your header is sort of difficult to read. Maybe a color other than purple would make it a bit easier.

I like your blog colors. I would recommend a 3 column blog layout. I am partial to them and really like that layout. To me, it looks more professional.
OK, I am fairly new at reading blogs so I'm not sure what is good and what isn't. If that makes any sense. I enjoy reading everything you have written. My only complaint, and it's a very small one, is that I would like to see more contrast in the header. The words almost get lost because it's almost monochromatic.
