I do not doubt you this law is stupid... BUT
How are they effected? They use material???

I know, Mistress...it would be common sense that things made of fabric don't contain lead. But unfortunately, as the law currently reads, all products made for children 12 and under have to be tested. I don't think the people who created this law thought of the impact it would make (and didn't use much common sense). We are all hoping they ammend it soon.
