6-8 potatoes
4 carrots
1 cup Italian dressing
First, peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Then peel the carrots, cutting them into bite size pieces.
Place both veggies into the crockpot, and pour the Italian dressing over them. Mix well. Cook on high 4 hours. It melts in the mouth!
Costs:
potatoes about $0.50
carrots about $0.35
Italian dressing about $.50
Total: $1.35 for 4-6 servings

Perhaps a stupid question, but here it comes: do you cook the potatoes and carrots first, or do you eat them raw as a salad?
