My favorite flavor would be strawberry. I walk alot; to the bus stop, to the mailbox, daily to my inlaws to deliver their mail and paper. In the summer I take walks; weather permitting.

I would pick Cranberry Rasberry. For me right now, it's not about staying healthy, it's about actually GETTING there. I hate dieting, and honestly I don't even think it works. Instead I have just only been buying healthy foods. Fresh and dried fruits, veggies, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. No chips or ice cream or anything like that. No junk food in my house means that I'm forced to make those healthy choices. It's a step in the right direction at least. Next step is exercising!

I love peach flavor. To treat myself, I go to a nice resturant with an outside cafe and have a wonderful lunch while enjoying a good book or crossword puzzle.
Oh, I would choose the blueberry, by far my favorite. As to what this senior does to keep healthy, I've taken up pickleball (usapa.org), which is a lot like tennis. We play doubles and have a great time. I win more than I lose.

I'd love Peach! One thing I do to stay healthy is walk more often. Instead of taking the elevator, I use the stairs. When at school, I walk from class to class instead of hopping in my car & driving to the other side of campus. All of my classes are literally on opposite ends of the campus. I hustle my way to be on time & get in a good little workout!

I would try the blackberry pomegranate. I've been replacing all our white bread and pasta with whole wheat. The bread is going over well, but the pasta, well, even I dont enjoy it as much as the white pasta, but I know it is more healthy so we are sticking with it. I can't do the brown rice though....tried and tried, but I just can't!

I buy the Yoplait Yo-Plus all the time and my favorite flavor is the Vanilla one, followed by the Blackberry Pomegranate. I think I'll try the Blueberry Acai because I haven't tried that one yet (I haven't seen it at the stores, but now I'm going to keep an eye out for it). As for what I do to stay healthy - I get at least 40 minutes of exercise five days a week and try to chose healthy options for meals and snacks.

That cranberry-raspberry sounds really good! And we've been doing the Wii-Fit exercise routine fairly rigorously around here, balancing strength training with aerobics for about 45 minutes every other day or so - and it's FUN (keeping us interested and motivated hasn't been a problem)!

Wow, that blackberry pomegranate sounds pretty intense, and the probiotics in the list of ingredients is quite welcome too. Regular workouts on the Wii-Fit get my blood moving - stepping, hulahooping, and jogging on an island path all work for me!

I would choose vanilla. I am in the last month of my first pregnancy and have been diagnosed with gest. diabetes. I have learned a lot especially about balanced diet. I am use to diets but they were more of the no fat extreme diets I've learned its more important to have everything in balance!
