A Valentine's Day Idea & Review: Planetjill

I was excited when I first looked at Planetjill's website. There were so many pretty things available, I almost didn't know what I coveted most!

PlanetJill makes beautiful personalized jewelry and gifts for both women and men. Not only can you can get names engraved on bracelets, cuff links, and necklaces, you can also get them with photos of your loved ones, making each piece a one of a kind gift!

I had a hard time deciding which photo I wanted on my necklace. I couldn't decide between one of the munchkin, or one of my husband. I even thought maybe I should get it with the Pudgy Princess! Finally, I decided to go with a very special photo of my DH and I together - since I am usually the one with the camera, there are very few photos of us together.

When the box arrived, I let DH open the package. He wanted me to point out that the presentation is incredible. It arrived in a nice little box with a ribbon around it, and inside the box, the necklace was enclosed in a pretty little cloth drawstring bag. The photo came out wonderful on the charm (something I was afraid of - I thought it might not be clear enough) and I honestly can't gush out enough about how beautiful it is.

Each handcrafted photo piece is permanently sealed with a UV resistant, waterproof covering.

Now my necklace is silver, but you can also choose 14K gold and even diamond accents as part of your creation! Whatever you end up creating, can truly become a heirloom memoir for your family. I told my husband I truly hope one day our daughter will wear this to remember us.

There is still time to receive an order before Valentine's Day! Choose urgent rush shipping through tonight, 2/10. Also, my readers can get $10 off a purchase by entering the promo code mommyblog at checkout - isn't that wonderful of them? (This code ends at the end of February, so hurry!)

I think the best deals are to be had when you're shopping for infants to maybe age 8. After that the pickings seem to be quite slim, although I did store a suit for my teenage son.

I think using Mr. Linky for it is an awesome idea.
