Menu Planning Monday

This month, I'm trying out a recipe service called The Six O'Clock Scramble to give me some variety on our dinners (the dinners with the * are courtesy of them). I'll post my review of it at the end of the month and let you know how it worked out, so check back then if you're interested. Here's what I have planned for this week - I admit that tonight's dinner is a total cheat as I scored a great deal on pre-seasoned chicken at Fred Meyer's last grocery trip:

Monday: Chicken Parmesan

Tuesday: Not My Mom's Sloppy Joes*, caesar salad

Wednesday: Recipe of the week - look for the post!

Thursday: Easy Baked Ziti* with garlic bread

Friday: Honey Curry Chicken*

Saturday: Chinese Noodles with Greens*

Sunday: Slow Cooker Orange Roast

Your menu looks good. I don't consider it cheating with pre-seasoned chicken. Anything to make dinner faster, easier, and still cooked at home works for me. Hope you have a great week!

Hi Storm, thanks for giving The Scramble (www.thescramble.com) a try. I hope one week you'll try a whole week of Scramble menus--they're already planned for you and you can generate a grocery list to go with the recipes you choose!
