2-4 lbs of pork shoulder ribs
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
Mix the paprika, cumin and the brown sugar in a small bowl.
Rub mixture on the ribs. Place the ribs in the slow cooker, and allow the ribs to sit for a few minutes before the next step (if you have any extra rub, you can add it on top of the ribs)
Next, pour the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs, coating them evenly. Cook on high 8-10 hours.
Serve with rolls and side dish of choice. (I served it with my Italian potatoes) Depending on your family, you should have leftovers for pork sandwiches the next day for lunch. My cost for this was less than $5 (pork purchased for $1.49 lb, and I used 2 lbs worth)
