Update 2:00PM: I'm thinking the neighbors thought the front yard wasn't that amusing (it was a lot shorter than the jungle in the back, I swear!) because the neighbor just cut the front. In the rain.

Ours was about 3 feet tall because of so much rain and the yard stayed under water. Beautiful dog

That's a great strategy. Leave it until it bothers someone so much that they fix it. I wish it worked that way with housework and my husband but I usually get sick of the mess before he does.
