Review And Giveaway: Skin Free

I recently had the chance to try out Skin Free's Super Moisture Butter Creme and Lite Moisture Cream for Daily Use.


The Super Moisture Butter Creme was very light going on and in this hot weather we've been having didn't feel sticky or heavy. It was unscented just as it said (as some of us have seen too, sometimes, just because a product says it's unscented doesn't mean it really is) and the kicker for me, it didn't make me itch, not one bit. Just before this arrived, my DH had used a natural cream on my skin, and I ended up just about scratching myself raw it itched so bad - I was so happy this didn't do the same thing because my legs were as dry as chalk before I tried it. If you have a soy allergy, rejoice, as this product is soy free!

It's been in the nineties here this week and the Lite Moisture Cream for Daily Use has been just PERFECT. It's not greasy going on, and it doesn't feel heavy or sticky at all. It goes so quickly into my skin that I can put it on again before bed and go straight to sleep without worrying about messing up my pillow. Apparently, it's also made with an organic extra virgin olive oil - and I know many people swear that olive oils help keep your skin young. (I so need the extra help! LOL)

The only thing that could possibly bother some folks is that the Lite Moisture Cream comes in jar - if you have longer nails, you'll need what I call one of those little beauty shovels to get it out of the jar, or you'll have it under your nails. (if you don't have any of them already, you can usually purchase them at any beauty supply store, or ask very nicely at the make-up counters at the mall and they may give you one from their stash)

And of course, Skin Free's products get my seal of approval for not being tested on animals. I like that. I like that a LOT. All of Skin Free's products are free of harmful chemicals and preservatives, and are made with all natural ingredients and are vegan-friendly. This makes them good for most people with eczema and psoriasis - and because it is chemical free you can use the products on little ones. (Pregnant women and those TTC trying to avoid chemicals too!)
