Now I know all the pregnancy books kind of skim over the fact that hemorrhoids are something you have to look forward to in pregnancy. The thing is, they don't usually tell you how bad they can be, and what they really are! Like most women, I never had hemorrhoids before. Seriously, when they first started appearing, I thought I had little tumors appearing down there. (Yes, you can laugh at me. Go ahead, I can take it! lol) I freaked out, and then flipped out as they went from bad to worse way too fast. As soon as I could, I went out and picked out a tub of hemorrhoid wipes. The wipes are way easier to use than the tube, but not exactly the easiest to lug around when you leave the house. That's why I really like that Tucks are available as new Tucks Take Along Packets! They are individual packets that you can just throw in your purse and have on hand when you are out shopping or at work.
So when that BFP shows up, as you're stocking up on Ginger Ale and Saltines, go ahead and grab a giant size bottle of Tums, and a box of these Tucks Take Alongs packets. Then you're prepared and don't have to suffer until you can get to the store!
Tucks Take Along Wipes come in a box of 12 individually wrapped packets, and run about $3 at most drug stores and mass merchandisers such as Target. They are safe for flushing in most septic systems, so you can be discreet with using them outside the home!
