Now I know all the pregnancy books kind of skim over the fact that hemorrhoids are something you have to look forward to in pregnancy. The thing is, they don't usually tell you how bad they can be, and what they really are! Like most women, I never had hemorrhoids before. Seriously, when they first started appearing, I thought I had little tumors appearing down there. (Yes, you can laugh at me.
