Crud!
DH came home last night and told me they are making changes at work, and they are cutting hours... again... Now most employees are all basically below part time level, and he's already taken pay cuts on top of the last hour cut awhile back.
I am good at being thrifty - I've stockpiled enough that we wouldn't run out of toilet paper for a few months ;) - but I think we've reached the limit on this one.

So sorry to hear that. Ken's hours finally picked back up but the ex had his pay cut by 1/4. Every time you think you can breathe a sigh of relief something else.

I'm so sorry, that really sucks :( Ya'll are in my prayers.
I'm right there with you. My pay was cut by 10% a few months back but we got through it. Then my husband's was cut about 2 months ago, still we can manage. Then last week I was laid off! We will all get through this very bad time. I think life will have to change a good bit but, Lord willing, we'll all come through.
Oh no.... I'm so sorry to hear that. We are just coming out of the year from hell financially... not that we're living in the lap of luxury or ever have... but at least we're doing a bit better (we can now afford potato chips...lol). So all I can say is hang in there.... it's bound to get better at some point... even though it may not feel like it right now. Get out those green candles.. and burn the heck out of em!

I am so sorry! I am here in WA state, too.
My husband works at Northrup Grumman and they just got cut back 1/4 of their hours. They have been asked to hold on for a while so they can try to keep going. Very scary...
