Free Vet Care For Pets
VCA Animal Hospital is offering a FREE Initial Health Exam for all new clients! To receive your coupon, just fill out your information, and a bit about your pet. I believe this is nationwide - VCA Animal Hospitals are located in 39 states! The coupon is good for up to two pets.
Now, this is only valid for the office visit, not any vaccinations or other work you might need, but this saves you $25 - $35, and is a great way to make sure your pet is feeling OK, or if you've just brought in a kitten or puppy to your family, have a wellness check up on them.
We took Housekeeping Cat to the one in Puyallup (it was included in her paperwork from the Pierce Country Humane Society) and we were very pleased with how nice they were with her.
If you are struggling with getting vaccinations done, please remember many Petco locations host once a month a vaccination clinic. The cost is minimal compared to many vets - I've seen it advertised all the main shots for a cat for around $35 (including rabies) and a dog around $50. I know this is still expensive to some, but much cheaper than a vet visit. Also, contact your local human society, or look up a rescue group in your area if you are having problems - many times they can help you, even if it's just sending you along to a vet that gives a discount. (and some vets will allow you to go on a payment plan if needed, too!)

Thanks, I'll check out Petco for my guys. My cat has an appt. at our regular vet on the 10th, I'm sure she will be overjoyed. She is a former feral. This should be exciting LOL.
