She was doing better early this morning, but her bloodwork showed not enough improvement. :( We were given the option of trying another day with IV, bring her home with fluids where she would get a few more days, or letting her go... and as hard as it was, we couldn't let our little Pudgy suffer :(

There are no words to express the feelings that comes with the death of a best friend. My sympathies.
It's a very difficult decision you had to make, but just know that you made the most unselfish gift to your girl - she is no longer suffering and at peace. It's a very difficult time for you right now, but it will get a bit easier as each day passes. You're in my thoughts

Aw man, I am so sorry. I lost my dog years ago. He was a 16 year old Golden Retriever and I was devastated. It was so hard to let him go.
