Review: To Go Bowl

Just before she passed on to the Rainbow Bridge, the Pudgy Princess had the chance to review the To Go Bowl.

The To Go Bowl is a splash free pet bowl that fits into your car's middle console cup holder for water while on the go. It also allows for storage of treats or a meal. It has an adjustable ring to ensure that the holder fits snugly into just any size of cup holder, and an easy fit lid so it doesn't spill while driving (especially over speed bumps like we have here in our neighborhood, ugh! I can't tell you how many times the bowl she had from Ikea would spill because of them!)

The To Go Bowl holds about 16-20 ounces of water when placed in the console, making it an ideal travel bowl for small to medium dogs. I probably wouldn't recommend this for dogs over 40 pounds, as it might be too small for them. Corgis like Pudgy or Toby Won Kenobi and below, it should be just the right size for them. Here's a few pictures of the bowl and the pieces with it:

You can also sit the bowl on the ground, which makes it great for use in hotel rooms. If using it flat, you can add up to 32 ounces of water in it.

It's a good idea for those who spend a lot of time in the car with their dog (or cats too, I guess), even if it's just short trips to the store (never leave your pet unattended in the car in hot weather!!!)

The To Go Bowl retails for $19.99, and you can order online, as well as select small pet stores (local peeps, Naturally 4 Paws in Silverdale carries it!)

That sounds like the perfect thing for our dog!! We might have to actually invest in one or several of those.

I had no idea things like this existed. Heck, I don't allow people to eat in my car, so I sure wouldn't allow animals/pets. I'm kinda picky I guess. No eating, no smoking. Even my youngest niece made the remark about neat and clean my car was compared to theirs.

But then, one of our cars is 14+ years old, and still looks pretty good. We tend to keep stuff a long time.

I do need to tell my SIL's about this contraption though cause they both have dogs that are often in the cars with them.
