My question this week:
Do you feel your stores are better stocked in the summer during garage and yard sale season, or during the winter when people don't have the option to have a sale in most parts of the country due to the weather?
Did you find anything good this week? The zebra coat I found last week but didn't get to show it off since I ran out of time to post Thrift Store Tuesday last week. (sorry!) I found it for $2.50! I am in total heaven! ;)
Yesterday we also went shopping, DH found the movies, and I also picked up a nice black velour floor length dress for $1.29. (it's in the laundry, so no photos) Not too bad this time!

Our store is FULL right now... I'm not sure if that is on purpose... or a result of people dumping their stuff that didn't sell at their yardsales??? Hmmm...

I would definitely say summer but then I turn over more summer clothes that winter, too. Sweaters are more expensive so I usually hold on to them longer.
Great jacket! My last great find is a long strapless dress in a big black and dark green pattern. It's my summer obsession!

I have the best luck finding things in thrift stores in the summer...I have an amazing blazer collection because of this.

Awesome coat!!!... I do love thrift stores... and yard sales. Oddly I think thrift stores are better stocked in the summer... you would think it would be winter since people can't have yard sales in the winter and want to get stuff out of their way.
