Well, being as my in-laws will be arriving sometime late tonight/early tomorrow morning, my menu planning this week is kind of a wash out. :( I've got dinner tonight planned, but from after there, I have no idea what is going on. Maybe I'll get lucky and they will cook dinner for us! (Ah, a housewife can dream, can't she? lol)
Monday: roasted chicken in the slow cooker, veggies
