I do believe this is local Washington only (sorry, for those in other areas of the country!) but Pawn X-Change has a sale going on most of their DVD's. They have some at 4/$10, and then a section at just $0.99 each (regularly $1.49)! They don't have a set list of titles that go in each section it looks like, and of course, they are used and brought in by people, so it is hit or miss as to what you'll find at your local store. But it is cheaper than a movie rental, and even Redbox - no need to use gas the next day to return it, plus you can view it in the future!
They also have DVD box sets starting at $9.99, video games starting at $1.99, and Blu-Ray DVDs at $10 each.
Just verify each disk is the right one in the box, and check for scratches. There is a 7 day exchange policy if the DVD doesn't work properly, but you may not end up with the exact same title.

Do come with your patience because the lines are always long due to folks trading their things in. We found some kid's titles the other day in both areas. (DH was excited over getting the Neverending Story 1 and 2 on the same disk for 99 cents!)
