I'm taking advantage of some of the sales this week - Albertsons had chicken on sale for $1.88 a pound, so I stocked up, and Freddy's has the whole chickens on sale for $0.67 a pound, plus the nice bag salad kits for $1. It's a good week to claim a little laziness. ;)
Monday: chicken alfredo
Tuesday: recipe of the week
Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy, salad
Thursday: slow cooker roasted chicken & veggies
Friday: caesar chicken salad, rolls
Saturday: Easy Pasta Bake
Sunday: orange chicken, rice, egg rolls
