OK, My Pantry System?

Is absolute CHAOS. I still haven't been able to fix it back to the semi-organized way it was before my in-laws descended on here. I thought it was needing help before, that was nothing! I can't find anything, cans and boxes fall from the shelves when I try to, and I know I am having stuff zoom past the expiration date that has no need to be.

It irritates me because I have sturdy shelves (alright, even if half of them haven't been put back together yet) and so it should at least be organized back to what it was by now... I should not be so frustrated!

I know, just order the silly Harvest already, but I keep hesitating because of the cost. My inner frugal being keeps jumping out every time I click add to cart. Bah!
