Blog Tour, Review, & Giveaway: Nancy's Appetizers

Mom Central recently asked me if I wanted to be a part of the Nancy's Appetizers Blog Tour... so here I am. With the holiday season right about to start, I thought it was perfect timing. Not all of us make everything for the meal from scratch!

I've actually been rather fond of Nancy's products throughout the year. I think they make some lovely little frozen quiches. Sure, you can get nice ones usually through your store's prepared deli, but if you live on your own like I did before I was married, it's a little hard to eat that entire quiche before it spoils. Nancy's little ones were just the right size.

I received a coupon to try out any appetizer product for free, so I choose the Mushroom Turnovers. They were easy to make in my oven, just 10 minutes and they were done. DH gobbled them up like they were going out of style, so I guess they were really good. ;) I was kind of wishing there was more than just 12 to a box as quick as they went!

Did you know that the right amount of appetizers per person at your home or party is about 8-10 pieces for every hour they are there? And placing your frozen appetizers on your serving tray before they thaw out not only makes it easier to have the tray looking pretty and appetizers not falling apart on you, but it also makes for a quick grab out of the fridge - you save a few moments as your guests arrive. (It also helps keep the appetizers cool since the tray is conducting cold from the fridge too!)

For those looking for a vegetarian option from Nancy's, the Four Cheese and Broccoli Cheddar Petite Quiche is 100% vegetarian.

Win it! I'm sharing my coupons, so one lucky reader will win a coupon to try out their appetizer of choice from Nancy's. To enter, visit Nancy's and tell me which appetizer you'll try! (Easy peasy!) Will you have them during a family game night like us? Maybe use them during your holiday dinner? or are you having a holiday party you'll be serving them up at? (Let me live vicariously through you! LOL)

As always, you can receive extra entries for:

-Subscribing to my feed or following my blog
-Blogging about this giveaway with a link back
-Tweeting about this giveaway (leave the link or @psychotichouse me)

That's four (4) possible entries! Giveaway ends December 5th at 11:59 PM PST (note the short run!), and please leave your email address in your entry or have it available in your profile. US only, sorry :( Good luck everyone!!

"I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Nancy’s Appetizers and received 2 coupons to facilitate my review (one of which is being given away) and a $20 thank-you gift certificate."
