Did anyone else who gets the Vocalpoint newsletter just crack up laughing at the recycling turkey fat header? I was just looking at it going... um compost it? how about the garbage disposal? (in my home, it's kitty chow - two of them just ADORE those leftovers that I don't use up for other stuff!)
(If you don't get the newsletter, they were serious. Apparently in Plano, TX if you FRY your turkey, you can donate the oil fat to become part of the bio-diesel industry)
Now I might be in the minority here, but I think frying your turkey is cheating. ;)
