I've Got A Little Random Goin' On...

It's been awhile since I've shared with you some of the cool things that have landed in my email box, so here's one that have arrived over the last few days!


One of my favorite fellow bloggers and fellow animal lover, Doreen over at Doggies and Stuff, has entered her little Kiko in Bissell’s annual Most Valuable Pet (MVP) Contest. Included in the winner prizes are donations to animal shelters, and if Kiko wins, her photo will be on Bissell boxes! How cool is that? If you zip on over to her blog, she has more information about how you can vote for Kiko and help her win, so a very deserving shelter called Miller’s Critters (The Humane Society of Northwest Indiana) can get a donation!

Author Patricia Moreno, (“The IntenSati Method”) will help learn parents how to love their lives and the bodies they've got through mini daily lessons. If you're working on a Healthy resolution, this might help you in your journey. As some of you know, I pretty much heart any film Brendan Frasier appears in. He's coming out in a new movie with Harrison Ford called "Extraordinary Measures". It is inspired by the story of John Crowley, a father who defied conventional wisdom and great odds, and risked his family's future to pursue a cure for his children's life- threatening disease. To go along with the movie, a contest is being held and the winning prize is $10,000 donation to the charity of your choice! All you have to do is upload an inspirational video. Jonathan Sprout has been nominated for the upcoming Grammy Awards on January 31st, 2010, in the "Best Children's Album" category. If you've never heard his music, he has some fun kids songs based on real history characters! (Can you tell why I like him?) Good luck, Jonathan! :)
