My question this week...
Tell me about your favorite thrift? Do they have certain sales? Better prices? Is it cleaner than any other you go to, the clerks nicer, etc?
I really don't have one out here. I love hitting the Goodwill Outlet that sells by the pound in Tacoma, but it's really been ages since we've been - back in the Summer. When we lived there (and pre-munchkin) we'd go sometimes twice a week - it's that thrill of the hunt! :) They certainly aren't cleaner or nicer there though!
I have a feeling we're in for a letdown for a few weeks after scoring those chairs, lol. This is DH's little find - the Battleship box is brand new with the plastic, so no worries about missing pieces, and it was in our price range - just 99 cents. Maybe one of these evenings we'll have a Battleship battle. ;) (Or else we have a good start on our Holiday Gifts for the Giving Trees, because it's in perfect shape - I guess someone didn't like their Christmas gift. ;)
