Totally 80s Random Thoughts Tuesday

randomtuesday

I'm totally fried. My brain cells are complete mush!

I got a new game for Christmas - Just Dance. I have to review it for y'all, because it's soooo much fun! The tracks are just all over the place - Pump Up The Jam!!

Yep. We're on Lost Season 4. I feel like a Lost junkie. (I'd totally stay on the island if my family was with me, BTW)

This parody video is hysterical. LOL All my stickers were scratch and sniff too! LOL!!

C'mon, didn't you make KILLER mix tapes back then? LOL I need his zebra pants! You know what's sad - I think they picked all that they are wearing up at Hot Topic. Who knew it'd be back in style? I should have kept it all!

Not that my fat butt would fit into it any of it now.

I've actually grown 3 inches taller since high school.

Eating helps.

Raise your hand if you carry a roll of duct tape around in your diaper bag or purse. C'mon... admit it.

Did you know my DH actually managed to win a karaoke night years ago? It helps when half the bar is drunk, I guess. I try to get him to do Lionel Richie all the time, but he just gives me this look. What? LOL Cell phones with built in cameras only help feed the insanity around here. ;)

I just got an email entitled Fabulous Summer Reading. Plan ahead much? Yeah, cause I don't. Menu planning for one week is about as far as I go in the planning ahead department.

Know what's coming up this month? SLAAAAYYYYYEEEER! (hey, it keeps with the 80s theme, they were formed in the early 80s! lol)

I do mix cd's, but haven't since 'someone' knocked over my flat screen computer monitor attached to my desktop. Yes, 'someone' just walked past it (all stomp, stomp) and it fell over and hasn't worked since. (ALL my music is on the computer. If I could figure out how to wireless network to that computer I'd be ok, that or get a different computer monitor. Lol!)

Nice. Bring back those old memories. It was really a laborious process unlike today with all those technology at your disposal. The music itself is already worth the effort of mixing those tapes.

I loved making mixed tapes. Mostly slow songs though. My hubster, too, used to rock the Karaoke scene, lol. He actually was a DJ though.

Never carried duct tape in the diaper bag, sorry. And I'm very happy NOT to be carrying diaper bags anymore.
