What is with all these cranky people when you go out? No one smiles, no one says thank you when you check out or hold the door anymore, the clerks have this long face like their whole family died. Enough already!!!! Yes, the economy sucks for a lack of a polite way to put it, but adjust already. It's been almost 2 years now that we have been on this ride, get used to it.
Sigh. I'm just tired of the negativity. If you don't like the way things are going, stand up and do something about it. /rant over.
I should have known that those pretty purple flowers I posted the other day meant a coming cold snap and snow flurries. lol It's a little warmer today since the sun is out. We're hiding in the bedroom with the little heater where it's warmer.
Oh, and we fixed the TV situation. DH got a deal on an open box, so we have a happy Daddy. And munchkin. And dogs and cats. LOL Everyone loves the silly thing.
Well, except me at the moment, because I see fingerprints all over the edges right now.

They expanded another pet food recall. I Twittered the original one, but it just goes to show no brand of pet food is safe. Granted, we have a lot of human food recalls too, but at least we can say what's wrong with us easily. Your pet has a hard time saying they don't feel well. If you're ready to jump on the home cooked ship or RAW and need some cheerleading, feel free to email me at any time. If you think it's too much work, it's really just as easy, and you can even use your slow cooker. (Tonight's dinner for the corgis: slow cooker chicken, brown rice, green beans)
Why is it we can have 80gb iPods, but not 80gb laptops? This drives me nuts!

Isn't that the way it always goes that as soon as the flowers pop up there's a freeze and they get all browned or dead. At least they give a hint of the spring to come.

Hi- visiting from un-Mom. Same thing happened to us this week. Flowers bloomed and it snowed just long enought to kill evertyhing.

Why do children feel the need to touch the TV? That used to drive me crazy!!! I love watching TV with a huge blob on somebody's face. Ugh.
Oh, I'll join you in that rant. I really hate when I hold the door for someone and they can't even acknowledge me. I usually say "Why, thank you!" extra loud, but that doesn't phase them. I know the world sucks right now, isn't that reason to be NICE to each other???
