Here's the pizza I was talking about making last Monday:
I doubled my crust that I use for my BBQ Chicken Cornbread Pizza. I then added the BBQ sauce, a pound of shredded chicken, a 12 ounce package of bacon, cut into small pieces, and covered it with a pound of mozarella cheese. (Um, it was reduced fat? so a little less calories? lol) I then sauted 8 ounces of fresh mushrooms in some olive oil, added that on top of the cheese layer, and then covered it with about 8 ounces more of cheese.
Because I bought everything on sale, my cost was just over $5, and there was plenty of leftovers for DH to take to work for lunch. I wish there was still some left looking at the pictures! LOL

Do you know how hard it is looking at that picture (YES, I'm on a diet)?
I guess I'm going to have to install a pizza filter on this computer, so I won't be tempted :)
Seriously, that really looks good and for just over 5 dollars...what a deal!
