They had a couple of lionhead bunnies like our bunny, but these two were way fuzzier. And the little black lamb was love at first sight! And they had pony rides:
Which I reminded DH I was three when I got my pony... we need to get a move on and get our land. ;) They had such sweet ponies, it made me long for my Snowball. There was a mini pony - she barely came up to the top of my thigh and I am NOT the tallest person in the world, lol We would have taken her home right now if we could have :) They had some fun inflatable Jungle Themed toys for the kids to play on that was really adorable!
There was also an agility course for dogs to try out which my two BOMBED, and flyball! If you don't know what flyball is, you're missing out! Dogs jump poles and get to the end of the course where there are balls into a wall that they pull out and bring back to their owner - here's a picture of the course:
I thought I had shots of the dogs in action, but you know my camera hates me. There was also over 150 vendors and businesses, as well as rescue groups! The Rat Terrier rescue group Rattitude was there with their latest rescues from kill shelters back in Texas. :( They were all so sweet, I wished we could have brought one home with us! And the Seattle Humane Society was there with their mobile pet van, I am really hoping some of these great kitties found a home:
This is just a small portion of the vendor tents, there was so many great things to buy, especially if you had a smaller dog! Of course, my two loaded up with loot - everyone was passing out treats. Our two even managed to give daddy the googly doggy eyes and brought home more dinosaur bones almost as big as them. (Seriously, in my next life, I want to come back as a corgi! LOL) They had a pet parade, costume contests, and so much more! It was a blast for pet parents, they were able to show off their furry kids. We saw lots of great outfits on the dogs, and some families were completely co-ordinated, where the human kids outfits matched the furry kids!
I really do wish our Eastern Washington Corgi rescue had a booth there. I think it was a missed opportunity. Let me leave you in closing with one of the Bird Lady's beautiful birds:
Captain was absolutely fascinated with them. The kiddo? Not so much.
