Random Thoughts Tuesday .....SQUIRREL!

My feet are killing me from all the extra walking I've been doing lately. We went hiking this morning, a short one, but it was nice while the sun was out a little.

Reason #4,213 why I will never cancel AAA - DH locked the keys in the car again. Someone in the parking lot nicely recommended that I carry a spare with me. I do - but he'd closed the door while I was closing the back after letting the dogs out - my purse was sitting on the front seat. I had just told him my purse was still in the car, too. Sigh!

And then Captain took a nosedive out of the shopping cart in Home Depot - it was hot in the sun and there was no place to park with shade, so I popped them in the cart too. It's not the first time I've done that, but I guess HD's carts have lower sides than other shopping cart, and he went flying HARD to the ground. I was seriously terrified he'd just ripped his shoulders or something, but he seems to be alright. I really need to get insurance on that dog!!!

It's amazing how quickly a pet supply run adds up. :(

I went to buy my beloved crack Diet Dr. Pepper today at Freddy's, and scored 2 free surprise Netflix rentals! Whooohooo! That's a fun freebie! I shared with DH though, so he picked out Wolverine, and I grabbed The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. Hmmm... maybe I might go buy another batch since it's on sale this week and see if I get codes for movie night next week! ;)

I totally enjoyed the first season of Fringe. Unfortunately, our library doesn't have season 2 in their catalog, so I guess I'm stuck stalking it on Amazon or waiting until we get Netflix again. Phooey!

I'm glad DH is in charge of dinner tonight because I have no motivation.

I am getting so excited for Toy Story 3!! We're getting closer...
