Blog Tour: Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse

Thanks to Mom Central, I'm participating in the Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Challenge Blog Tour. For the next 30 days, I'll be using Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse twice a day to see if I see any changes in my oral health.

I confess... while I am good at brushing my teeth, I'm a bit lazier on using mouthwash and flossing. Some mouthwashes (and toothpastes, for that matter) bring out my gag reflex, so I guess I just use that as an excuse. This is a super bad habit for me, and something I know I need to stop - especially because we don't have dental insurance and trips to the dentist are all out of pocket! (In our case, it's actually cheaper to pay for the cleaning/check up visits than to pay for insurance - crazy, isn't it?!)

According to the Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse bottle, it provides six benefits in one: re-builds the enamel, helps prevent cavities, cleans teeth and gums, kills bad breath germs, and freshens breath - in conjunction with brushing your teeth properly (and regularly) each day. The thing is, you can't eat or drink for 30 minutes after each use. This is going to be hard for me, since I drink all day long. (Great... I sound like an alcoholic. LOL Caffeine and water folks, caffeine and water!!!)

Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse comes in a Clean Mint flavor, and it's pretty purple color - not that the color really means anything I know, but hey - I like purple! (I just wish it was grape flavored - yooo hooo Crest? I vote for a grape flavored mouthwash!) I'll tell you more about it, and what I think about it, in my end of the challenge post.

So wish me luck that I can get into the routine of remembering NOT to drink anything for those 30 minutes! LOL Are you good at flossing and brushing your teeth? Have you tried the Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse yet?

Sure - Caffeine and water, lol! ;)

I am a staunch advocate of teeth brushing/flossing.. but I usually can't step within 50 feet of mouthwash without it burning my mouth.. seriously what is in that stuff that makes me have to spit it out almost immediately?

I wonder if this one has less of that - you will have to let me know!
