Review & Giveaway: Fish Taco Mexican Fiesta Night

I bet you didn't know that this coming Monday, October 4th is National Taco Night, did ya? You didn't? I know, it's another holiday every time you turn around. Hey, it gives you an excuse to celebrate! Celebrating means FUN!

Products:
•1 package of Gorton's Fish Sticks or Gorton's Tenders
•1 package Ortega Yellow Corn Taco Shells, warmed

Garnish Suggestions:
•1 cup lettuce, shredded
•2 tomatoes, chopped
•1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
•Ortega Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce
•Ortega Diced Green Chiles

I made this idea - well, close. I used soft tortillas, Gorton's Tenders, spinach, corn nibblets (drained), salsa, and a bit of shredded Cheddar cheese:


Nom, nom! DH was asking when I would be making them again! I normally shy away from making fish at home, because my house always ends up smelling like a fish market since it's small, but it wasn't bad at all! (I guess because these were in the oven, instead of a frying pan on the stove?)
