Thrifty Thursday - Girls Night In
This week for my Thrifty Thursday post, I'm talking about having a girls night in!
We all need a moment to relax, and Moms, we're notorious for not taking time for ourselves in a kid free environment. It can also get very expensive to go out and have fun together. What to do? Host a monthly girls night in! Each month, rotate who hosts the get togethers, and leave Dads at home in charge of the kids. You can potluck with full meal options - or my favorite - everyone bring a dessert!
You can stop by Redbox, and pick up a movie that is for us ladies only, and have fun! Not interesting in viewing movies? You can have a Spa night in, and take turns doing manicures and pedicures. Or how about hosting a closet swap? Trade off those clothes that no longer fit since your last baby or you just don't care for.

My Moms group does monthly Bunco nights. It is a blast and only costs the host a little bit for snacks and prizes. We rotate monthly. It is a blast and so nice to get away for a little while.
