CD Review & Giveaway: KT Tunstall - Tiger Suit

Thanks to One2One Network, I recently received a copy of KT Tunstall's newest album, Tiger Suit, to review.


Tiger Suit is the third studio album from Grammy nominated Scottish born KT Tunstall. It's a little bit of a departure from her more bluesy style of music that you may remember from her previous two albums. Actually, it reminds me of music I remember being played in clubs back when I was in college. I don't know whether to think that this dates her music, or whether she's trying to bring back this vibe, or what have you - but we're talking well over a decade ago here. lol She calls it's "Nature Techno" - I'll call it late 90s club music. ;) (And you know what, the graphics look like something I would have created in one of my art classes back in college too - major deja vu here). Surprise, surprise, my favorite track off the CD is "(Still A) Weirdo". In fact, I think I should make it the official theme song of my adult life. LOL! The first single, "Fade Like A Shadow", is doing pretty well on the radio, so I guess others are liking this sound for KT too.
