Giveaway: Fiber One Cereal & Bars

Pssst! Do you get enough fiber in your diet? Not everyone does. It's okay, it happens to the best of us. ;)


Fiber One has some breakfast choices to help you get some more fiber into your body. Apparently, there is least 35% of your daily value of fiber in every serving of their cereals and bars - which would make it a quick and easy way to get your daily fiber! They also have three new additions to the line of products: Fiber One Honey Clusters, Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters, and Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Chewy Bars. You can find them at your local Safeway family of stores, or your favorite grocery store of choice.

(Good timing on that one, thanks guys!) I happily picked out a box of the Oats & Chocolate bars - which I can tell you are actually super yummy - and I let DH pick out which cereal he wanted. He chose the Shredded Wheat. I don't know what it is about that guy and shredded wheat, but he's almost through that box already. lol

If the cereal and bars aren't your thing, remember that Fiber One also has yogurt, cottage cheese, and baking products - even bread! There's plenty to choose from to vary your breakfasts, too. (Although the pancake mix? Maybe it's just me, but when you just add water - it's kind of eh. Use milk instead. Oh, and top with a bit of fresh fruit. I know, more calories, but your taste buds will thank you.)
