The bronze statue of this fisherman dragging in his fishing nets is dedicated to those who lost their lives at sea, and their names are on the plate:
Behind the statue is the public docks for boats - it's always a nice walk down it. (and I should have taken a picture, but to the right of this statue is a little fire hydrant especially for dogs - LOL!)

Looks like a neat place to visit. haven't been to Washington, but it's on my list.
