Menu Planning Monday - Found Stuff Hidden

...in the freezer again. We started our turkey stock up (for those just visiting for MPM, I try to pick up 3-4 turkeys on sale each year, because the price per pound for meat just can't be beat. I turn the leftovers into casseroles, pizza toppings, and meatballs), and when I went to move the little basket in the deep freezer, I discovered a few packages of meat that really need to be used up this week - so hence the somewhat boring menu this week.

Keep your fingers crossed, it looks like Thanksgiving is going to be just the three of us next week!

Monday: Easy Pasta Bake

Tuesday: orange pork roast, roasted potatoes, salad

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Simple Beef Stew

Thursday: taco night!

Friday: recipe of the week

Saturday: Deep Dish Pizza

Sunday: spaghetti & meatballs, garlic bread

That looks like a tasty menu selection. We had our taco night last night, so I may schedule a command performance for tonight (Monday Night Football) :)

This doesn't look boring at all! Great dinner ideas, Im always looking for more. I recently found a recipe from this website called Red Tricycle. It was actually pretty good.
