Usually when I like a show, it means it's going to be canceled. Murphy's Law, I tell you! Well, Men of a Certain Age returned to TNT on December 6 for the next season! If you're unfamiliar with the show, it stars Emmy winner Ray Romano (from Everybody Loves Raymond), Emmy winner Andre Braugher (from Homicide: Life on the Street) and Golden Globe winner Scott Bakula (from Quantum Leap). (And Braugher recently received an Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his performance as Owen in the show!) It's a slightly ironic drama with three men experiencing the changes and challenges of mid-life. The "young 'uns" might not find it so amusing, but the older we get... yeah... the more you identify with it!

We have been wanting to check this show out but just haven't gotten the chance to. Mu hubby said he caught one episode of it and thought it was pretty funny. I love Ray Romano in anything anyway. I haven't watched a lot of TNT, not sure what my favorite show would be but I have heard a lot of great things about The Closer. Thanks so much for hosting this fun giveaway!

I like Scott Bakula so I enjoy ths cute show.
I watched every episode of the first season and I love this show. I'm not a fan of most TNT shows so I was really suprised I liked this so much.

I agree with everything you wrote about this program! I'm 42 and 10 years ago, I probably would have passed on watching this show! Scott's character is my favorite, not because I look anything like him, but because I see myself in his lifestyle, and in where he is in his life. He made a totally different set of choices of the years, so his character is completely unlike Ray or Andre's. It's a great show...and if you haven't seen it, do.

I don't have cable, so I haven't seen this show or any of TNT's more recent shows. We gave up that expense in 2004. I would like to see this series, because I have really liked Scott Bakula in everything I've seen him in, but most particularly Quantum Leap.
