Apparently, according to the 2010 Report of the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee, only five percent of Americans get the three full recommended daily servings. Yikes! We can do better, right?

Start the day off with a great breakfast! Whole grain breads, and high fiber fruits such as apples are a great way to eat healthy - but not everyone has the time for a full breakfast. (Unfortunately) Most folks grab a bowl of cereal.
