Review & Giveaway: DACRON Mini-Pillows

Choosing your pillows is probably almost as personal as choosing your styles of underwear! If you choose too soft or too hard for the way you sleep, you may end up with neck and back aches. If you have allergies, and you choose the wrong fill, you may end up with sneezing fits. And if you drool, and you choose a basic pillow that doesn't wick away moisture, well, you're going to end up with a smelly pillow after awhile! LOL

I confess... I am a picky pillow person. I sleep with just one pillow, and it has to be just right, or I can't sleep. Recently, we had to ditch all our pillows due to mold/smell issues (not from drooling! lol), and it feels like it's been an uphill battle trying to find the right pillow! I can't be the only picky pillow person, right?

If you didn't already know, January and February tend to be the best time of the year to purchase pillows, mattresses and new bedding, because it's known as the "white month" when stores put them on sale. (Although, if you're on the hunt for basic twin size bedding, wait until the end of August/September for the clearance sales on dorm bedding!) Big department stores can especially have some great deals this time of year, so be sure to combine any deals you may come across with coupons for percentage off you might find for their store - Macy's and Kohl's are both usually really good for that!

You know how standard pillows can be overwhelming for small kids? This mini pillow is 12" x 18", and totally perfect for kids, or for traveling! (Who wants to lug around a full size pillow, anyways?) It's a great pillow, puffy but not hard, if that makes sense to you. I had some travel size pillow cases I had bought at Ikea that fit it perfectly, too!
