Did you know that the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans say people should consume 25-38 grams of fiber daily, and that the average American consumes only 15 grams? I know we've talked about fiber guidelines several times on here in recent months, but every time I see a new figure I'm left shaking my head. We can do better, right?


One of the easiest ways for folks to get fiber into their diet is at breakfast time.
