Giveaway: I Can't Believe It's Not Butter #Toast2TV Prize Pack!

Will you be viewing the big awards show this Sunday night? We don't really watch it over here, but I just LOVE to see the photos of all the beautiful - OK, and some not-so-beautiful lol - dresses the celebrities have chosen to wear. The right dress can make you - see just about anything Christina Hendricks wears - or break you - who will ever forget the swan dress monstrosity that Bjork wore years ago to an award show?

If you're planning on watching the show, you're probably going to want some snacks, right? Here's a simple and easy recipe that I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! sent me that you can serve:

Roasted Sweet Potato Chips


Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes or yams (about 1 lb.), very thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread, melted (Or use the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! spray - this is what I did)

Instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 425°. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2.Toss potatoes with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread in large bowl; arrange potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheets. Bake, turning once, 25 minutes or until chips are crisp. Sprinkle lightly with salt, if desired.


The trick really is to get the slices as thin as possible, because the thinner it is, the crispier they turn out. If you have a cheese slicer knife, I suggest trying that. They are YUM! (Then again, we adore sweet potatoes around here, so your taste may vary from ours.)
