Miracle Jeans Day 2011

This coming Wednesday, September 14th, folks across the nation are encouraged to participate in Miracle Jeans Day. Sponsored by the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, the largest children’s hospital charity, individuals, companies and groups are encouraged to participate by contributing a donation, earning the right the wear the most timeless fashion – jeans – in lieu of traditional work uniforms. All individual donations are given to the local children’s hospital to help save lives.

Now as a stay at home mom, it's a little hard for me to participate. ;) I do hope that if you work outside the home, you'll be able to join companies like Credit Unions, RE/MAX, Delta Air Lines and Marriott in participating in this great fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Let's face it, there's only so much wrapping paper and candles one can buy, not to mention - buying candy as a fundraiser adds to our hips. lol At least wearing jeans is something most people would already love to do!
