
Well, this week is a big one for our family - it's ZomBCon! So I just have to plan for a couple of days, and then the rest of the week is whatever we can grab as we go (cringe!) I'm stopping by Safeway before we leave to take advantage of the 4x fuel rewards points if you purchase gift cards, and grabbing a few for fast food places like Subway that I know are close by - that way I am sure we eat a little healthier, AND we get a discount on the gas. I'll be packing snacks and things like that. We have a small fridge in the room, but no way to cook, so we're pretty much at the mercy of restaurants. (Day 1 with no dishes and no cooking - yippee! By day 3, I'll be complaining about everything. I like my cooking, thank you very much LOL)
Oh, and let me tell you about last week's noodle story fry - when I went to open the package of refridgerated noodles, they were BLACK inside! Last time I purchase those. The expiration date wasn't until next month, either. Phooey!
And tonight's dinner is DH's request, lol.
Monday: grilled cheese BLT's, Seasoned Steak Fries
Tuesday: Chicken Fajitas
Wednesday: grilled chicken florentine (I'll have to share my recipe for this one because DH is in love with it!)
Thursday: eating out
Friday: eating out
Saturday: eating out
