Review & Giveaway: My Baby Clothes

The weather has shifted over here in Washington state petty quickly this year. One day we were roasting in the 80's, then suddenly it dropped into the lower 60's - as the high - 48 hours later. It's been cold and rainy the last couple of weeks, blech! As you might be able to guess with that statement, I was caught with most of our winter clothes packed away as the temperature dropped! I had to do a mad dash to pull out my daughter's warmer clothing, and then it was the test to see what still fit. Luckily, my daughter takes on after me and not DH, so she doesn't grow like a weed, and a few important things left from last year (like her Rothschild dress coat) still fit this year. I usually try to look for really good sales and buy sizes ahead too, so I had some warmer tops, tights, and dresses for her ready to go.

My Baby clothes recently got in all their fall and winter stock of baby clothes. They also have some cute Halloween items, as well as some adorable baby headbands and baby hats. I was able to choose an item for review, and I picked out the Zilly Bean Pale Pink Pettiskirt for my daughter as she has been on a tutus kick lately:


It was as adorable as it looked in the picture! When it arrives, you need to shake it out a little for the fullness to kick in (like you do with any tutu or pettiskirt). It's a softer material, not rough like some tutus. The great part is the elastic waist "grows" with your child a little - this one is sized 1 to 3 years. My daughter has loved twirling around in her new skirt!
